The Application Settings window of the QuickStart interface allows you to configure general settings for Multi Gage. Click Configure Application Settings from the Utilities toolbar to open this window.
The following settings are available:
Units Of Measure: Determines the units that will be used for displaying measurement results in the QuickStart windows, Status window, and Report output. Select from either Millimeters or Inches. The current units (INCH or MM) is displayed in the Status bar.
Kiosk Mode: Enabling "Kiosk Mode" causes Multi Gage to be launched when your system boots. This limits computer functionality to the Multi Gage application only, while all other Window's functionality is disabled. When "Kiosk Mode" is disabled, Windows will boot normally. You can still launch Multi Gage from Windows.
Enabling or Disabling "Kiosk Mode" can only be done, once the password has been set. To do this, type the needed password and click Set New Password.
