This topic describes the general usage or your Multi Gage arm. The button positions are describes as viewed from the arm to the probe tip.
Arm Extents
The axes of the Multi Gage arm allows the flexibility to maneuver your probe around the part to take hits. If any of the axes have reached the extent for that axes (the arm gives an audible tone), you will not be able to take measurements. Just adjust he position of the arm segments so tone has stopped and you can begin measuring.
