Translators,
We're finally here and ready to go. I know its taken a while to get these files together, but you can blame it on our programmers who kept making UI changes. Anyway, here's the information for this project:

* RTFs.zip contains all the RTF files. These are the files that need to be localized using Trados. These RTF files were generated from an automatic Doc-to-Help processes from our Help authoring software. You can leverage much of this using our existing 3.5 translation memory (from: ftp://ftp.wilcoxassoc.com/Languages/v35TMs/ ). I did an Analysis using Trados already and came up with around 78% of this version of the documentation being leveragable.

* Bitmaps.zip contains the image files (in .gif format) that will be used for this project. While many of the image files are removed from the non-English versions of the documentation, these are in English and will need to be localized if they aren't already. Check here to see if a corresponding localized image file exists (in .BMP format) from the most recent version:

Also, Keep in mind that even though you may find already localized corresponding bitmap files from the previous version, some of these may need to be updated. Some files will merely require that you take a screenshot using the already localized UI. Other files may require you to add text to the image file. If you have to add text, you can probably do this using Microsoft Paint or some other similar application.
