Translators,
Here's the information for this project:

* RTFs.zip contains all the RTF files. These are the files that need to be localized using Trados. These RTF files were generated from an automatic Doc-to-Help processes from our Help authoring software. You can leverage much of this using the most recent translation memory for your language. If you have finished your version 3.6 translation, send the Trados Translation Memory files to Brad Danielson.

* Bitmaps.zip contains the image files (in .gif format) that will be used for this project. While many of the image files are removed from the non-English versions of the documentation, these are in English and will need to be localized if they aren't already.  

Keep in mind that even though you may find already localized corresponding bitmap files from a previous version, some of these may need to be updated. Some files will merely require that you take a screenshot using the already localized UI. 
Other files may require you to add text to the image file. If you have to add text, you can probably do this using Microsoft Paint or some other similar application. If you need special software requirements to localize or work with these image files, please contact Brad Danielson (bdanielson@wilcoxassoc.com). I recomment SnagIt (from www.techsmith.com).
