==To install the offline help==

1.	Download helpcenter.7z.
	To extract, you can use the 7zip application available here:
	https://www.7-zip.org/download.html

2.	Extract the contents of the .7z file to a temporary folder. 
	You should see a folder named helpcenter.

3.	Cut the helpcenter folder, and paste it into your language sub-folder where you installed PC-DMIS. 
	Example: For the English install, you need to place the "helpcenter" folder the "en" sub-folder.
